So tired of the job search. Recruiters that ghost you, taking off work for an interview that leads no where, constantly hoping that I'll finally get an offer. I feel completely drained.

I had the HR discussion almost 2 weeks back...and now I am getting all the emails like welcome to hcl and documents upload for background check, joining form submission etc....but have not received the offer letter yet...

Just want to know is this the normal process..do they release the offer after uploading BGV docs??

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?

I've been getting poached on LinkedIn by omnicom the past few weeks. Something about building a new "marketing research team". Anyone either at Omnicom or elsewhere know what this department could be?

I’ve been working my ass off to make it to ACD and I feel like this milestone has been all-consuming. I’m close, I can feel it. But will I be full-filled when I get there? And if so, for how long?
