I got 5 thank you for emails 🥲
Deloitte just did 10-20% across the board. EY sent us thank you emails.
These raises were to catch up with competitors like PwC…so now PwC is ahead again lol
D did not do cross the board raises . They were 3-25% raises for a select group of people.
Very different from PwC who pays on cohort model so experienced hires don’t get paid much more, they might be brought in one cohort level higher which is like 3-10k difference depending on level
You guys are getting paid??
~30% for average analyst performers here
On our side, It looks like at-least those who sent us “heartfelt thank yous & videos of them having quality time” got their bonuses!
As they share pictures from their $4 million vacation home of them and their families.
This mid year I’d say at EY we definitely saw the biggest pool of thank you emails that we’ve had in some time
This is giving me insomnia. I can’t wait to jump off

Deloitte had an average 12% raise for select group. Across the board? Maybe less than 5%. These were also market adjustments so if anything we are still behind. Nice,
ZS- 8-20% year end bonus across the board plus 20-35% increase for promotees
I got a 23% mid year adjustment. That was the high-end, though. Believe average was 8-14%. Like 90% of firm got an adjustment.
@M2 450 at D level ? Which firm and what practice ?
I got about 10% + a 50% higher bonus than expected

Damn boss. What rating is that?
Which location?
I generally hear that PWC pays below market rate
And inflation is like 6%
You beat our base increase! Think it was 3% this year
