How is living in the west Harlem area?
Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

For example if I move from low cost of living area to high cost of living area does the company re-evaluate the base salary within USA? What is your diagnosis of why this is happening?
I’ll be real, none of the holding company agencies have a good culture…but the VML culture I’m at now is more non-existent than any I’ve ever seen. I know the shove to have us in the office 4 days a week was a ‘final straw’ for some, and now the office life here is pretty much straight outta Office Space. This is just a normal ass office job, didn’t used to be, but it’s been dragged that way by assholes who don’t make anything and resent people who do.

Is Brian Lesser the new CEO making a difference?
Lesser is Global but has shown promise in understanding the US position. Nothing much has changed though outside of a laundry list of things to do. That said the WPP tech approach is stronger than we give it credit for but it's story is confusing, not landing. They've got some work to do on not being nerds about it and find a way to talk about it in a way that resonate with people
