GCA Questions Help

Hi everyone!
I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...

But I have read some horrifying reviews about the company on Glassdoor, indeed and other forums.

I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. When you receive multiple offers. Will you accept offer and then send email that you are not going to join that firm. Or when you receive the offer then only you will reject it by saying you have better role in other company and will not be joining you.

I am 6yoe sap abap developer having ctc 15lpa
But i dont like being in SAP as most of the opportunities will remain in service companies, want to move into high paying product companies.
At this level of exp which field i can choose in which transition is not extremely hard. I tried doing ds algo things using java but no success as the daily work i do on my job is totally different. Due to this i am not getting accustomed to those things.
