Please, I need your opinion on this. I have 6 years of experience as a software developer and just finished my masters degree in data science. Now I am looking for a job here in the US. I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation. They emailed me back saying that I am no longer in this process anymore with no further explanation and in Thanksgiving day. Is that normal?that email really got me very upset

I was offered additional compensation paid out over first year but concerned the annual increase will be less than the first year additional pay. I have interviewed with shell India . Though the process is not yet completed all the rounds are through . I am an automation C sharp and java resource . But the job was for python automation . I have been telling the same in the interview but still they cleared all my rounds . Now I am not sure if they will release an offer what should I do ? As I have no experience with python . I am a 9 yrs experience Automation guy. I don’t know for a company like shell how they didn’t pointed this out ?
