Have an interesting scenario. Holiday party season is approaching. At one of our parties (during working hours) there is an optional “talent show.” Employees can win door prizes. We have an entry that is a religious song - like one you would sing in church. I assume we need to let this employee perform this - or we are setting ourselves up for trouble. With 2.4 years experience in Big Data domain with AWS native. Getting 8.3 fixed + 10% variable with Deloitte where current CTC is 4.75. Have offers from other MNC like Accenture /IBM of 10 fixed. Shall I continue with Deloitte assuming career growth as a part of big 4 or continue with Accenture or IBM.

I've 8.9 yoe. I've got an offer of 30LPA from a good startup. I've also cleared the hr round at cognizant and asked 33LPA. Will cognizant be able to provide 33LPA? I've 40 more days to join my next company. Can i still aim for more and keep trying?

I recently cleared all the rounds for a role in PwC SDC MC team (Bangalore). I mentioned my salary expectations and provided all the docs required. Salary negotiation is yet to be done.

1. How many days would the whole process take (post sharing of documents)?
2. I have my wedding in the last week for May for which I require min two weeks of leave. If I join somewhere around May 1st, would the management approve leave?
