Discuss this with a mentor who is on same level or higher. Make sure a few trusted people know about it incase you need evidence in future

Thank you for sharing. It means so much to understand that I am not alone. I am sure this is a common problem. Please know that you have my support and concern. Many people transfer in short periods of time, don’t be afraid to leave a toxic situation. I am interviewing as I experience this issue. I am confident that I will be valued for my contribution again.
