I’m trying to make the jump from agency > platform (not FB…more like Spotify or Twitter etc.). I work with reps at these places as part of my job, but technically their loyalty is to my clients (the ones spending $ on their platform), not to me, working at the client’s creative agency. So it feels weird asking them for a recommendation or referral, but that would obviously be easier than applying on the jobs site... How do I utilize my “network” without making things awkward?
Thoughts on Credera? Starting the interview process and was curious how they are as a firm....
Deloitte- when I’m applying for a position, do I need my referral to send me a link? Do they apply for me? Or do I apply on my own and just let my referral know?
Interviewing for a strategy role at a well established startup by an ex Deloitte SM that left a few months ago. Any tips on what they will be looking for or how to best position myself to resonate with them?
Appearing for Google TAM interview , 2nd round (RRK2) which has case study interview. Can anyone here please suggest some sample scenarios on what to expect in case study and in followup questions
I had a final round interview with Blackrock about 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything. I’ve reached out to the recruiter and hiring manager for updates but nothing. Is this normal? Just confused why they can’t tell me I’m cut or they’re still deciding…
I recently got a verbal offer from KPMG strategy. Is that more prestigious than like, most other firms? Like, I know MBB is done with recruiting; I feel like below MBB for name recognition is the Big 4 and other firms aren’t as reputable. I’m trying to decide whether or not I should interview and apply to other firms or just take this one (assuming a written offer ever comes along). Also, I prioritize work culture and exit opportunities over salary, but don’t want to be paid below poverty line.
What's the usual waiting period from the final interview to decision in Deloitte (Consulting practice)?

EY PARTHENON- Do you have a digital practice? What kind of projects do you do? Do you collaborate with EY . I have an interview coming up. Not getting much clear answer from recruiters! EY-Parthenon
Those that are coming on here talking about offers they are getting - for the most part is this people reaching out to you, or because you were actively searching and applying?
Agency I’d love to work at reached out to me out of the blue. Had one interview and then it’s been radio silence for two weeks. Should I stop holding out hope?
Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

Anyone have perspective on how MBB (specifically Bain) benefits are better than big 4? I heard Bain contributes 4.5% of salary to your 401k regardless of any employee contributions, which is great. Any other big perks that make their benefits package superior to others (eg. Big 4)?
Question for staffers. If a person comes across your desk in a “coming available” report and you see they are highly specialized and credentialized in an area completely unrelated to your project, what makes you think it would be a good idea to try to onboard them? The staffing shortage excuse is terrible and shows that you don’t care about employee morale and cultural fit.
director of diversity, director of culture, what do they do in the agency? Seriously wondering
How many people got a raise due to inflation?
Hi folks, My brother joined TCS 3 month back.. from day 1 he is in project. Deployed in client project. But they have given him admin role instead of development. they haven't provided any KT also they are not helping in anything like getting license etc. And forcing them to take task. He had discussion with product owner , architect. But no solution . Still they are forcing. Also role is independent and nobody in team knows that work. Please suggest what to do in this case.
I’m taking the SPHR in less than 2 months and haven’t started studying for it. How difficult is it? I’ve been in HR for 20 years and have experienced ALOT in that time, although there are always employee relations scenarios that surprise me! How much do I really need to study for this? I just can’t seem to motivate myself to do it, I’m so mentally burnt out at the end of the day from a high stress HR job, the last thing I feel like doing is studying HR!
Has anyone used HBS Guru (Sandy) for HBS interview prep? He has so much media coverage. Considering hiring. Any feedback would be appreciated
To those that have used applicant lab to craft their essays - how useful was the brainstorming section and how long did the whole process take? I'm worried that I'm spending too much time ahead of jumping into essays but should I just trust the process? I'm applying for R2 fyi.
