I know grass is always looks greener (sometimes actually greener) on the other side.

With 2.4 years experience in Big Data domain with AWS native. Getting 8.3 fixed + 10% variable with Deloitte where current CTC is 4.75. Have offers from other MNC like Accenture /IBM of 10 fixed.
