What is the pay bracket for DI AM level (A&A)?
I got an offer from another company. Currently working in walmart. The main idea behind getting an offer is to ask for a salary rise. I was very much underpaid here. So I thought getting an offer will help increase my pay here in walmart by getting counter offer from them. But i am not sure if I discuss with my manager it will backfire me.Walmart

Whenever I see that my check is more than usual, I always bring it up to HR first before I spend any of it. This how I avoid situations like this because I know it will come back to bite me at some point.

I had already used up all my sick days so this one was already less than normal so I didn’t think anything of it
Are they allowing you to pay it back in installments or will they take it out of your next check? This hasn't happened to me before. Are you salaried? I am, so my checks are pretty much the same every time.

I am salaried. They said I can pay it back over time.
Yes, several overpaid and underpaid didn’t have to repay thank goodness
All work done by your HR Department should be double checked. They forgot to update the withholdings of one of our staff and my coworker had to pay a significantly higher tax bill as a result.
Please share your experience with your co-workers so they are aware.
That’s not HRs fault…..your coworker should have bought that on the 1st paycheck and gotten that fixed ASAP!!
You might want to discuss a repayment plan with HR. They might allow you to spread it out over a few paychecks to lessen the immediate impact.
