Hey everyone - I am currently in the process of evaluating a few sports sponsorships for a client. These are for minor league teams - nothing professional. Taking into consideration our marketing objectives, budget, etc. What are some good tips for pricing these out? Physical assets like billboards and programs are $$ but social media assets shouldn’t be *that* expensive.

Trying to find recruiting firms to help me find my next project / program management role. I'm struggling to determine which firms can help with PM roles AND I'm struggling to get the ones I do find to respond to me.

It may have something to do where I'm at in my career - 15+ years of PM experience & director-level roles at my last 2 companies - so more exec level but not quite C-Suite. Have one-off recruiters hitting me up on LinkedIn about contract PM roles but that's not what I want.

Can someone recommend some marketing and design blogs? I am working on a project and my creative juices just aren't flowing.

Hi, this is mostly a question for account management and strategists. I’ve been in advertising for a while, and am back in this market after working in others. The main thing I’m noticing that is driving me bonkers is the lack of client talent here. Across the portfolio I oversee it is very rare to get a client that understands how to brief an agency partner (creative or media or pr); there is limited capacity to really focus on objectives other than tactical KPIs.
Is this common/any advice?

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

Ok here’s a question. How many agencies ask their producers to do creative resource management? Enter their schedules into a large database, assign creatives to each part of the schedule, and estimate creative hours for each step. We have no creative resource manager (obviously).
