Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
10+ years of experience in product marketing in the streaming and on-demand, entertainment or content subscription- based products.
Experience developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies for key product features, with a focus on increasing user registration, user engagement, and customer lifetime value.
Proven experience with on-going planning of in-product messaging campaigns across a portfolio of apps including mobile and living room devices.
Creative thinking and the ability to translate complex product features into compelling messaging.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Data-driven and analytical mentality with proficiency in marketing analytics and defining and tracking critical metrics to measure the success of product marketing efforts.
Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team (e.g., product management, design, engineering, and content) to influence product roadmap decisions and ensure successful product releases that align with marketing strategies.
Experience managing and mentor a team of 1-2 product marketers.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
