Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Hey, I have my interview scheduled for Technology Consulting job for SharePoint at Microsoft Services. HR said it is a coding round and the interview is named as HO interview. Can someone let me what kind of questions I can expect in the interview Microsoft . #Sharepoint #Microsoft #MicrosoftServices #Interview
Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

The amount doesn’t matter, the quality does.
Agreed. A CD once told me you want 2 projects that a CD will like, and one that shows consistency of thinking abilities and work. the rest is gravy
6 min or 6 max. A bit conflicting.
Just don't put something average in just to make the numbers.
You’ll be judged by your worst piece, not your best, less is better
No less than 4.
Put don't pad out with bad work.
I don't want to be wondering if the bad work was the fluke, or the good work was the fluke.
6 yes. But quality work. You’ll find yourself replacing things you once thought were great as you build it up.
I’d say 5-6 minimum if you’re just starting out
Only put your best work out there. If I see 8 amazing creative pieces I assume there is more or they can do more. If I see a book with a lot of work but a lot of it is so-so I assume they don’t know what a good idea is or they are hit and miss.
6 max
4-6
Sounds like 6 is the magic number! Which is good since that’s how many I have in the works. Thanks, everyone!
Kill two of those and you'll probably have your best shot for now. Work on four more things and add one or two from those. Work on two more and see what you'd kill then. People are right. Two's not enough, eight's more than enough. But what's worth showing? If the answer is, "it's all good," chances are you're missing the opportunity to get more attention paid to your best work.
How many angels can dance on the head of a pin? Not being snarky - but it’s pretty much a zen (not Jesuit) question. How much does it take to show you can write short form, long form, and unexpected form? How much to demonstrate you have an idea about why it (advertising) works that goes deeper than cool factor alone? Not for nothing, and everyone’s different, but I pay as much attention (almost) to it what’s not in the book as what is. Ya know?
Just don’t use work that sucks. The rest will take care of itself. Speak well of your process and the results. Most of the time you’ll know someone at the agency and the interviews are just a formality preceding “Welcome aboard."
As a junior you should have around 6. I currently have 12.
6-9 projects
Nice
Honestly I won’t consider a book w 4 complete. 6 min, up to 10 but 789 are a good sweet spot. Leaves room for 1 of them to be more “fun” and not necessarily totally ad related
I don't think you should have more than 10 unless they've won awards.
There’s no rule, as long you keep the consistency.
