I usually split my time sitting and standing but I recently got an ergonomic chair so I’ve been sitting more lol
I stand typically after lunch in the afternoon. Sitting after lunch makes me woozy. Get a cushioned pad if you plan on standing for an hour or so.

My wife has one and does about half her working day
Most of the day..
Usually try to stand for like 10 mins of work every hour. Also sometimes I get ancy sitting all day and it’s nice to be able to stand and work.

I stand for calls and sit the rest of the time. Standing helps me focus more.
I have a walking treadmill/standing desk combo. I generally only sit down for lunch and walk 1-2 hours per day, mostly when on calls where I don’t need to talk much. I’m not really set up anymore with a sitting workspace after getting that, and don’t need to be.

I would buy it again, but I got it a few years ago and there have been more market entrants with the pandemic, so I’d still suggest some research and price comparisons. The walking treadmill should flat when paired with a desk for ergonomic reasons rather than angled apparently.
I’m on day 2 of using mine and I find I stand 3-4 hours. I absolutely love it so far. Makes me more productive.
Not nearly as much as I’d like to. But I do still use it. It’s nice to have the option. Sitting all day long sucks
