Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

What role are you in at Amazon right now? Can you provide more info about why it wasn’t what you expected/why you want to leave?
BTW - you can change roles/teams within Amazon. There is no minimum stay requirement after joining.
@D2 - Not sure what you meant by discipline, but I’ve seen people moving from recruitment to category management or from Finance to PM. You just need to prove that with your background you can add value. This is also why some transfers are rare like a non tech Ops manager moving to SDE because the skill sets required are very different.
