Started my own small shop and am working with my first clients. But despite the smaller nature of them, I am feeling a TON of imposter syndrome due to the may hats I now wear. Haven’t felt this way in ages.

I guess the takeaway is, appreciate your support team. It’s easy to lose sight of just how much responsibility/stress/BS they are taking care of so we can be creative. 🖤 I miss em!

Anyone work with AI at a macro level? I am trying to understand how AI is consumed today within software? I would guess software companies use cloud providers AI solutions followed by open source and then maybe through smaller providers, proprietary AI and APIs. Anyone has deeper understanding of this?

I have completed my B.Tech. on 2020 and got a job in an MNC with a 3.8LPA, but due to COVID, the onboarding was delayed to Feb 2021. During this time, I had enrolled myself for a distance M.Tech. degree.
I recently joined a new company with a 10.1LPA a month back.
Just two weeks back, my M.Tech. degree is completed.
Should I have some increment in my new company as to my M.Tech. completion?

The check in line was going ridiculously slowly and at some point turned threw my hands up in frustration while looking around to find another place to check in. Has anyone ever worked at an agency in which the project management department was properly utilized? I traditionally was brought up in my career where PM type tasks were handled by lower level AMs. I have observed separating AM and PM tasks into two separate departments just causes communication issues and lazy account people. Account people should have a good understanding of how much effort and time goes into a project. Project Managers are missing a lot of context so blind leading blind.
