Any Spotify people here? Noticed there’s an AM role going at the moment in the UK but not sure what experience level it is. For reference I’ve got 6 years in ad sales experience with 3 years management (both in music industry). Would this be comfortable or is it worth holding out for AD?

People clearly can’t read. After 6 months is completely reasonable unless no one else on your team takes any vacation while you’re there, which should signal to you it’s a sweatshop lol.

No. That's the point. If you had been there six months and hadn't taken any time off yet, as your manager I would be bothering you to take time off.
No. Talk to manager and discuss. Develop coverage plan while you’re out. They all take vacations too and want a culture that they can vacation (generally)
While unlimited, most companies have a probationary period during which you can’t take time off. I’d find that out first

I’d take a month at the job to see what it’s like first. Then you can also see when might be a good or bad time to plan a holiday. But 6 months in is obviously fine. I took a holiday after 2 months of joining.

depends on the culture - mine is also unlimited PTO and while they encourage us to take the time off, pretty much everyone is made available for urgent work
Is it a trip you already have planned or just one you will be planning? I was never very good with taking time off with the "unlimited" PTO, so it benefited them, and there was nothing to pay out when I left. I like having a little more structure, so I feel "forced" to use it.
