Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Looking for feedback for a Project Management Platform for SMBs, freelancers and Founders
Hi! A friend recently launched a Project Management software called Heycollab - I think it’s pretty cool and like the UI but I’d love to get more feedback - they’re very passionate about the product and would appreciate the help!

Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.
Should I stay or should I go?

First tip.. get off FB. I needed that deck an hour ago. And I'm busy... looking at FB.
I would say just communicate. They won't know when you need a touchpoint because they have bigger fish to fry so the onus is on you to stay on top of it.
Might be worth managing up a bit. Bring up the issue you mentioned and ask who is going to take the day to day mgmt that you can ask questions because your still new. They know the potential issues with this structure way better than you do.
I just set up a morning and afternoon touchpoint with the Directors. You can set up a 15 minute calendar meeting. It helps to set expectations.
Make sure you do reviews with both of them together otherwise you're going to be changing things back and forth and getting conflicting messaging
If that is the staffing model there is a reason. I'd guess that the work requires subject matter expertise. Good news- they should provide direction. Bad news- there are two of them and you need to balance their opinions plus your work will be judged on how quickly you"get it". Manage up hard and this could be great exposure for you.
Yeah, I just finished a project where my module had input directly from 3 Sr. Partners (I'm a consultant). The key is to manage the process well, as it gives a lot of confidence and keeps them from engaging too heavily on content. Make sure that you schedule touch points for them to provide input (IME, they will often skip calls, which is a good sign). Do good work, but also make sure that you show confidence in the work and keep executive level to the extent possible. Most important thing to keep them happy is to incorporate their feedback or let them know WHY if not. Senior people get pissy if they feel you are wasting their input.
Agree with SA1. We can be hard to manage. Keep them accountable and connected. That may not do it themselves.
