Starting to think I might not be built for this industry. Just logged my first 60 hour week, but 40+ has been the norm for months. Several years in, 2+ without a raise or a breakout book piece, and I genuinely can’t work harder. I can feel my work quality slipping as the fatigue compounds. The catch 22 is that I’m too burnt out to job search properly without looking sloppy or stealing time from work that I can’t risk losing. Any advice on how to get unstuck, or better tolerate the workload?
