Hello, Can anyone help here in deciding. I have offer from
Publicis Sapient -- x fixed + 2 lakh bonus
EPAM Systems -- x+5 fixed +1 lakh bonus
Paytm -- x+ 7 fixed + 1 lakh bonus
Coforge -- x + 5 fixed + 3 lakh bonus
I have 10.7 years experience , i m in Devops profile I have 50 days notice period remaining.
I am thinking for Epam or Sapient but both are giving less than Paytm.
Should i negotiate with Sapient or Epam ?
My concern mainly is related to job security and work-from home.

I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Atleast you are earning 17 lpa I'm seeing people with 10 year experience earning 12 lpa

Tech stack and notice period?
In current market, it's difficult to get interview call with 90 days notice
Feel for you, but more details about ur tech stack and experience and current level will help others to provide you with some guidance
Ya maybe low is the ctc or fixed, up skill that’s all I can suggest
