What about 3 hours travel to office
Visual Storyteller
You are from Bangalore 😂
Rising Star
8 hours work? I don't see anyone around me work less than 10 (10 hours on a chill day, else 13-14 on a bit hectic one). And people are pretty happy about it too. I guess to each his own.
Visual Storyteller
While I was in big4, 10 hours were minimum and it can extend upto 16 to 18 in audit closure.
Considering the current scenario I guess 10 is fine. If more than 10, we need to rebalance
What you say?
Yaa nice strategy, but implementation will be difficult. Most won't stay consistent, but that varies from person to person.
Visual Storyteller
Agreed
Bhai, what you are saying is not applicable for a working couple. Most of time get waste handling a toddler. I can't explain it, I am too ambitious about career growth, learning and living my life as per my wish. But it can't happen if you are with kid and not much support...
Visual Storyteller
😌 to be Frank i am bachelor so I only sympathize with you. But for sure having a daughter is one of the most beautiful things in the world
I respect your ambitions and dream
But in long run you will realise that being a father is worth
I also agree financial aspects are important
But income always rises to meet expenses
So whatever you earn, always be less
So let's focus what we have and cherish those moments
Best wishes for your dreams
