I had couple of round interview at Accenture Operations and the last round as per my understanding went best (The interviewer was comfortable discussing my expectations related to kind of work ) but post that interview I checked my application status at Accenture portal and it is showing your candidature is on Hold !!!
What does this mean it's been one week now since my last round.

Hi ladies! I feel I am ready to find a more managerial role: manager, supervisor, director, etc. I usually take positions I am over qualified for, which leaves me underpaid and not very challenged. However, I think not having previous manager experience holds me back as well. How does someone get manager roles without having manager experience? Someone has to yes in order to gain it, right?! Total Pkg - 255K(Base - 136K,MBO - 9K,Commision - 49K,RSU - 60K/4year).
Is there any room for negotiation or did I already hit the roofline?
