*Medical insurance - company provided

Can someone advice if this is a good investment plan for future? What can I do better? Do I need another Insurance? Where else to invest?

Lease ends October 31 but no news from landlord on renewing. Currently paying $500/month less than market in my area due to a sweet COVID deal.
