25M here.I have never been a traveller before. Now want to explore places solo so expecting some guide and tips from people what shall I keep in mind.

I have graduated in 2019. When started earning, lockdown happened. Life has become so boring in work from home. Have not travelled, saw nothing in the world. Sometimes I get frustrated with my life. Want to keep budget friendly as well.

How to plan solo travelling and what places I can explore? Could you help me.

So, the CDC removed the Covid guidelines. I’ve never had Covid. I’m afraid people will come into work not wearing a mask and be inconsiderate… ughhh so distracting and disgusting. I’m also at risk to develop complications. Not sure if I should talk to HR. Not even sure if I should ask for accommodations to continue being able to wfh at least most days of the week to reduce risk. Idkkkk 😩This is so unprecedented. I always wear my mask at work. I’m getting pressured to attend firm events as well

I am currently expecting, have informed my team. Since the organisation is in hybrid mode, when discussed earlier i was told that it is flexible in terms of wfh depending on my health condition. Yes, we had a stupendous year- Cheers to that! Bonuses have been really good: 50-250% from what I have heard but remember these are on top of 5-15% of the total CTC and not on top of overall CTC.

Hikes have been also pretty exciting but not for all. It is dependent on your performance, level and also if you require some base correction.
