I had same issue brother, then did some research and saw many youtube videos and tried below and still using since one year and have good hair now.
1. BTN Ultra Tablet, one tablet daily
2. SCALPE ++ shampoo, once in two or three days
3. Morr 5% which contain Minoxidil and Finasteride, lipid solution of 60ML pack you need to apply on bald area 1ml in morning and 1ml in night.
Other than these, I followed healthy diets with exercise. One most important I was disciplined with medicine, food and exercises.
This was for me, but would suggest you once visit dermatologist and get to know the reason if it is because of hereditary, or some other problems.
Morr 5% solution, It is not recommended to use without prescription so please contact dermatologist before use, I tried because I had no chance and was getting bald and had the same money issue. But one consultation with doctor will be defintely helpful, you can book appointment on Practo with minimal charge.
Thanks a lot.

If the hair is gone, then the only way it can grow back, is with hair transplant, nothing else works. There are medications which can control your hairfall, but nothing will grow back the hair. Hair transplant looks completely natural and is safe from what I've heard.
Not a bit natural!

Reduce stress.
Eat good, healthy, home cooked food.
Contact a good dermat. Also ask the doctor to recommend hormone disorder test.
There's an alternate medical procedure called hijama/wet cupping. Many people have reported good results. You can do this along with doctor's medication. This is less expensive and less painful than transplant
Keep transplant as last option, it requires maintenance

For hairfall I used Man Matters Shampo and oil and Derma roller with 3% Redynsil solution that helped
There is a procedure called PRP - platelet rich plasma….. its drawing your own blood from the body and disseminating the plasma and re injecting to ur scalp..its costly (around 8k per session )and needs 3-6 sessions but works great…
Again, like everybody said pls consult a dermatologist before trying anything on ur own!
Try yoga
Go with hair weaving
