Tata Consultancy IBM Infosys I am expecting an offer from tcs by this week. One dillema i have, when i gave interview inwas in bench and told tcs that i can join early. Even in hr discussion i told default is 90 days but its negotiable as i am in bench. And now i am about to get allocated to a project from next week in ibm. So if i resign within 1 or 3 days of getting into project , will ibm release early or if ibm restricts for 90 days then is there chancetcs can revoke offer. IBM Tata Consulta

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. There is talk of bringing everyone back to the office full time and that’s not what I would like to happen. I’ve been searching for a new position in which it would be a remote role. My current company also said I am maxed out in term of what they are willing to pay salary wise.

When do you know that it's time to get off of an internal project? I dont want to let my team and network go but I simply dont have the capacity or energy to do a great job anymore

In a base package of 28 lakhs, the in hand salary will be 1.8Lakhs , but structure shows 2.3Lakhs.
