I have an offer from PWC India and a top Indian insurance company. How do I choose which is better?@

Help me to choose between the following 2 options

EY GDS : Home location Kolkata + x lpa Fixed + 50k joining bonus + 70k variable pay for developer role

Microsoft : Hyderabad Location + (x+1.5) lpa Fixed + 2 lacs joining bonus + 2.9 lpa variable pay + stock for Azure Support Engineer role

Offered ctc: 25LPA

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.
