Techmahindra ( Cerium systems ) are laying off a huge number of people from physical design. Apart from bench employees. Once your project is over or cancelled the next day the company is terminating employees. Since the company is mainly dependent on Intel projects and Intel is also cancelling projects. Does anyone provide insight on what is happening. Or how to prepare and apply for another job at the present market scenario. Insights would be helpful.

My work gives us points/money for achieving certain activities such as exercising for 180 mins per week. I have my Apple Watch automatically sync with the app that tracks our activities and it works great. Problem is I started using NRC (Nike run Club) app for runs and it interferes with the Workout app on my Apple Watch and it doesn’t get tracked.
