Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I too have had that experience, and in the middle of interview was able to read room and see how interviewers body language changed. Once I notice things like that I feel like I become a threat for their job.
Here is an example.
4 panel interview.
1. CEO
2. Director of engineering
3. Director of operation.
4. Director of HR
Mind you I was interviewing for Production Manager position.
You get the usual question.
Why are you leaving, how do you deal with hourly employees, Tell us about experiences and so forth. This one the panel #2 interviewer started to ask me engineering questions (5why, capa, root cause). He asked if we could run a 5why scenario. I said yes but then I asked him am if this scenario was between engineers or an engineer and an hourly employee. He chose to be the hourly employee. I did the 5why and his reply was yes you have done it but not the way I was looking for. I replied to him well that's why I asked you how we were running this scenario in the beginning do to the fact that you chose to say hourly employee. I approached it in the matter that the employee would understand. I explained to him not everyone has the engineering vernacular. I further proved my point when I asked HR what a witness mark was? HR replied with i don't know. I looked at the director or engineering case in point not everyone speaks engineer.
Needless to say after I corrected him and proved my point I just decided to have fun and tank the interview.
I've gotten people in interviews that will change demeanor, I've gotten the you check all the boxes. I've gotten ghosted by recruiters.
Welcome to the world of insecurity of interviewers.
Sorry to hear that, hope the next one is better
Sometimes the feedback is not related to your actual profile. It could just be an HR template for rejection
I'm surprised to hear they actually ARE interviewing for design roles -- they've had a position open since the start of the year I applied for. Does sound like they want a design "leader" who won't bruise their egos. Good luck with that.
You dodged a bullet, sounds like. Right there with you on the fake job posts. When you're a professional applying for professional roles, you expect professionalism from the hiring company and recruiting team, but it feels like that's rare nowadays.
I understand how you are feeling. Plus the rejections you get before they even give you a chance. The job market is so rough right now.
