What a dumb post, EY you need a reality check and please stop with inferiority complex and judging people by college brand names and degrees. As per your logic Bill Gates and Mark Z who dropped out are also not smart enough then… seriously dude- you are educated, use your brain… try a little

Everyone's out there maximizing loopholes and optimizing on statutes and regulations. Trump is doing what he believes is right for the US and his voter base. You need to do what's right for you - there's no real need for self pity here. Why are you blaming us?
We'll be fine, we're smart resilient people.
Only a small % of WITCH employees actually come to US. And H1 is not only for WITCH employees. Students, doctors, dentists, manufacturing engineers etc. to name a few. So equating H1B to WITCH employees is just dumb.
OP: do you know what Trump’s family is up to right now?
This post reeks of self pity and guilt
How exactly ? Did you vote for this administration?
EY: You are an idiot to think like that. H1B visa go through several validations, checks and balances before a candidate comes to the US. Whats wrong with the route that you had mentioned. Going to college, get degree, join WITCH companies and get h1b and come here. Do you know what it takes to get a candidate from India to here on visa through companies. They kill themselves back in their offices to be the top performer for several years in a row and build great support from clients to come over.
Countries or people who crossed the border illegally dont feel as guilty as you make it sound.
😂 Hey OP first who is “we”? H1Bs or Indian American Citizens?
And how is the “we” to be blamed? As others have pointed out this post is poorly written and with zero clarity
Is this how you communicate with your clients/partners at EY?
