The Manager of the company I work for, gave my co-workers and I a In store credit we could use to buy item. I was cautious at first and dint use it but after several of my coworkers did I decided to try it. Now we are all being told that if any of us leave without paying off our in store credit we used the owner will take us to small claims court. I am at a loss for what to do and feel very uncomfortable with what has happened.

I left my job about a year ago to relocate, make sure it was the right decision and start a side business in the mean time.
