Exhausted by entitled clients that are just plain nasty. Is it just me or are clients everywhere getting more demanding and treating their agencies worse?

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?

What advice do you have for someone who wants to make a quick and seamless transition from operations to creative?

Jumping off a related topic: am I delusional to not care about jr/int/sr level titles? I've been a "copywriter" since the day I started and steadily gained responsibility, autonomy, and money. Happy with career progression, always getting juicier assignments, work directly with ECDs/CCOs... am I missing something crucial? Is my case an anomaly? I want to switch roles from a creative director who oversees all aspects of the company’s creative (marketing campaigns and brand building mostly; also production, performance marketing ads, product design, managing design team) to focusing 100% on building our brand, educating both customers and employees about our value prop. I hate managing people or logistics and scheduling. What would this role be called? Do you see it as demotion from CD?

What certificates/training should I do in order to apply for a brand manager/marketing manager on the brand side? Almost regretting my choices since I come from a prominent pharma ad agency as an account, and it seems like most brands consider account as sales, and limit pharma transition into non-pharma industry.

I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Is this a red flag?
