The way of getting a job in the past doesn’t work anymore, you can be passive and do what everyone else does. The only way to win is to be a little aggressive and high agency. Anything less than that and you will be left behind. Network and follow up aggressively but politely. Find the hiring manager when possible and if you can’t find the hiring manager, the to find the aligned recruiter. Email them a highly tailored CV for the role and a concise email stating your qualifications. Stand out
