What are your thoughts on having a spec work section with 3 spec ideas as a supplement to my live work? If this is a good idea should I have it with my live work or as a separate tab?

Asking creatives to work on a project with lots of award potential but minimal budget/billable time allocations. So the majority of the work would be done on personal time.
