Has anyone else noticed they’re stressed without “feeling” stressed? I don’t feel as stressed as when I was in college. If you make it to senior manager at big four can you leave and become partner or director at mid size firm? Is this hard to do? I know there is a lot of politics at big four and have no interest staying in a senior manager role for 6-8 years and risk a chance of still not becoming partner.
