Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

I've had some colleagues quiet quitting in the past, they got bored and eventually actually quit after playing with some technologies for a while. I think what you said is right, it is not that you don't want to work, it is probably more about the lack of purpose and responsibility. This is accentuated by cuts on tech spending and hiring, demotivation is a natural consequence. I think that finding a new job is the best thing for everyone in that case.

It makes sense. If you don’t have that sense of purpose and responsibility it’s hard to motivate, so you’re just stuck in a sort of limbo until a new offer comes along
This resonates. A lot of people aren’t checked out, they’ve just evolved. When growth outpaces the role, it shows up as disengagement instead of a signal it’s time for change.
