What are your client follow-up/communication policies or practices? I’m hearing more and more that clients don’t like the long periods of time with little to no contact. From my perspective, since I bill for my time, unless I have an update or need something, I don’t initiate a call. Also, clients hold on to important info and don’t initiate a call cause they’re waiting for me to communicate with them.

BCG or MBB folks, got a call from the recruiter today that the outcome of decision round and calibration call today was positive and the lead partner will give me a call on Monday to discuss with me on the role and offer directly by himself. Trying to get some inside from the HR but she just asked me to wait and hear from the partner, sounds a bit weird and surprise to me as normally this state was usually with the HR.
