My current CTC 13 lpa/8 YOE, Python developer. Im selected for TCS, i told expected 25 lpa, she told we can give max 19 lpa, i told i have to think, she cut call, next day she told to join call to take screenshot with ID. A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

No. Litigation boutiques always come over the top by a de minimis amount.
Not the case historically for Susman’s base
Yeah I think cravath will at least match Sussman

I doubt it, but I hope so!
I hear R1 but Susman usually pays market base salary. Not saying that means much but it’s different than other boutiques.

Susman was known for outsized bonuses, but pretty sure they paid market salaries.
A7 yes during the pandemic. They led a round of off cycle bonuses and also re-raised salaries a couple times after Milbank (and one year Milbank raised, Cravath re-raised, and then DPW came over the top on both of them for a third raise).
Key question is if Susman presents a large enough recruiting risk to the other big firms to warrant a match. Given their bonus structure id say unlikely to match.
Susman has consistently paid above market bonuses (by a wide margin) every year. Their slight bump above market on their base salaries is more a symbolic nudge to say "we will always beat the market". Cravath realizes they will never match Susman on total comp and is not trying to start a comp war with them. Same thing goes for Watchell. Cravath real competitors are comp are the DPW, STB, S&C, PW, and Milbanks of the world
Have some friends that are partners there. The hours their associates average are crazy. Not sure how you can use them as a comp. for anything.
