He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Just don't be like my Thai tour guide who said he wants to visit, with "Central Park" and "Yellowstone Park" being his main two objectives.
Not as weird as it sounds. It's equivalent to Bangkok and his hometown of Chiang Mai.
Those two cities are just an hour, $60 flight away from each other, without the Bozeman to Yellowstone drive either. That's the bigger difference.
The US is very very large. What are your interest? Outdoors? Museums? Cities? Beachs? Those things will help with suggestions
North Carolina has a lot to offer.

The national parks of the United states are amazing and in October will be less crowded. Yosemite, Yellowstone, Acadia, Rocky Mountains would be my first suggestions. Many parks get heavy snow in the winter so if you are going into November, you need to watch the weather and road closures.
Thanks for the awesome tips! Totally agree. October sounds like the sweet spot before winter takes over. Though… I kinda have a soft spot for snow. I mean, snowy mountains? Total postcard vibes!
Northern California has everything you’re looking for including snowy mountains if you go to Lake Tahoe in the winter. Yosemite and Big Sur are gorgeous
Unpopular opinion, but I loved Pittsburgh, beautiful city with a lot to offer
If I find something magical there, I’ll remember it was you who pointed me in the right direction.
All depends on your interests and what you would like to see
If you want nature, northern Michigan, Minnesota lakes, Montana, Colorado, Alaska. Depends on how cut off from society you want to be
Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin are nice. If you have a chance check out Green Bay and Lambeau Field
I suggest Asheville, North Carolina for scenic hiking. Jacksonville, Florida for the beach and museums in the same town.
