What is the attraction for AmEx Platinum over CSR? AmEx gives 5x points for flights, but no travel delay insurance (which is big when stranded), or food/other travel points. CSR gives 3x on so much...

I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on.
