This “customer is always right” attitude is becoming a dealbreaker. I understand dogs biting out of fear or pain. However, whenever we get aggressive dogs with no training and no warning from the owner, we’re not allowed to do anything except smile and clean our wounds. The head vet has a 0 tolerance policy for speaking up to owners.

I disagree, if the owner does not even inform about the aggressiveness of his pet, it should not be allowed to pass just like that. Measures should be taken.

In some cases it is normal not to receive a warning for pets that are not aggressive but are afraid and try to defend themselves. But in cases that are aggressive it is necessary to receive a notification to know how to proceed.

Whoa, that's a harsh stance for the vet to take. Your safety and wellbeing is more important than a few extra dollars; it's not like the industry is lacking patients right now. Have you considered looking for another job?
