Hi fishes! The hiring manager has asked me for salary expectations of B6 Data Analyst and my experience is 3.5 yrs with a CTC of 6.65. Considering I have to move to Bangalore l'm thinking of asking 13 or 14.. is it a big ask? If so, what do you think is a good ask? Please help. Thanks in advance :)

Did you negotiate at all? If you already accepted the offer, it is probably too late to negotiate. However, it doesn't hurt to ask. The answer is always no if you don't ask.
If you didn’t accept their offer, negotiate and bring data to the conversation to justify your request. If you’re getting the vibe that they don’t play that, then walk away knowing that you dodged a bullet.
How do you know the standard salary, may I ask? And if it’s a very reliable source, you might be able to talk to your recruiting or hiring manager even if you have signed an offer.
You can put it as, “I know that the standard salary for this position has traditionally been $X. Had your policy changed across the board?”
Or you can ask when they expect your compensation to be right-sized. Maybe they’re going through a rough time right now and could put it in your contract that if they go back to the old salary structure you’d automatically get a bump no matter where you are in the promotion cycle.
Approaching it from the stance of info gathering rather than renegotiating an accepted offer might make them willing to give you the answers you need to take or leave the job.
Like — where I work, levels are tiered. A copywriter, for example, who starts with less than a year’s experience starts at a lower pay rate than one who starts with three year’s experience. But it’s always within a range. I only share that b/c there could be circumstances or a policy you’re unaware of.
Good luck!

Are you a woman or a minority or newer to salary negotiations? I'm a triple minority and I've accept jobs for $26 and hour only to find out the previous associate was earning $40 an hour. Always aim for more so that they can counter offer. For minorities, they may ghost but at least you've decided what you're worth.
