Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

They offer two options: the “traditional” course (which lasts around 2.5 months) and an extended 6-month course. What's a good place to live to access both downtown and Argonne national lab in Lemont?
