This is a question here for people diagnosed with ADHD and works as a consultant. I have read that teas help with focus issues that stem from adhd. Does anyone have any experience with any teas/supplements (no medications) that have helped them focus. I have the hardest time with getting distracted. I made sure not to have distractions around me but I just end up getting lost browsing through the web and don’t get much work done. Any input or opinions are greatly appreciated!

There’s no excuse that by the age of 25 you have never tried therapy. I’m speaking directly to the demographic in this group who I’m sure over 95% of people in here are earning 6 figures. Key word: TRY. I understand it’s not for everyone but to have never even attempted seeking therapy is a injustice to yourself and the people around you.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 12. My family did not opt to put me on medication. I illegally discovered Adderall in college. Worked incredible. Got diagnosed after college & after having been fired from my first job. Passed the CPA exams on Adderall. Went off of it again. I do everything well at my job except for attention to detail within my excel files & emails. Will taking ADHD medication really fix this? Does anyone else have this issue and was it resolved by taking medication?

My question is this - is this a fair metric and if not what is a better metric to compare if it’s getting worse and we need social controls?

Has anyone had roommates who got sick with Covid and they managed to not catch it from them? If so, what precautions did you take? We have a good relationship and so far he’s been staying in his room and using a mask whenever he needs to use the restroom or grab water from the kitchen. I am the only one who touches the fridge and takes his food out so he can eat. What else can we really do?

I got the offer letter from Tata technology 15 LPA and cognota 15.5 LPA . 

and Fujitsu offer letter is in pipline .
