Trainings from ISACA and Udemy courses to get better at checking AI‑driven control outputs and making sure things stay accurate as more of controls use AI. I’m also leveling up my scripting skills and using GenAI to help tweak and improve those scripts. And I’ve been getting more comfortable with IaC and continuous compliance monitoring as most environments have either started implementing this / already implemented this. PMO is a dead end skill these days, so I just make sure I’m up-to-date with the latest AI facilitators
It’s so bad , I’ve been on a job hunt for 2 years. Not only do they want you to put in 50+ hours a week but they want your left kidney too lol good luck !
No entry level jobs require 12 yoe. By definition that would not be entry level.
