Is HARMAN really recruiting for permanent remote roles? Would they ask us to come to office after sometime? I am a bachelor woman supporting my sickly parents and can't move them out of city. And my city don't have harman office. HR did mention permanent remote, still want to confirm as I've heard many cases people were called back across different product based companies. Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Is this too much to ask or is this what someone at my current level would get paid at PwC. Please let me know!!!! PwC PwC India Pwc AC Deloitte Deloitte USI

It’s like … let’s set out the bait. Lol
Someone will want it 👀
The role actually sounded very interesting, but with all of the responsibilities listed compared to the pay offered, it demonstrated that they did not really value the person that they wanted to do the job.
I also saw the comment, basically saying that they didn’t understand these type of posts, because perhaps it seemed to them that I was turning my nose down, and that other people would be glad to be approached by the recruiter.
Understood. But as a recruiter when you’re reaching out to people, doing a little research to see what current level that person is at can help you better field some of the candidates.
With my years of experience, the role was a junior one and yes, the pay rate was lower than what I’m getting now and would expected this level so I don’t really think that’s turning my nose down at something.
Also, since the pandemic, professionals have decided to make important decisions about going into the office, and how often. The rate that you’re paying someone and the benefits that you’re giving them can help them to make that decision. That’s all I was saying.
This makes a lot of sense.
Da hell…😐…Disney know there are people who were laid off and would take what they are offering because it would be Disney on their resume….🙄
I hear you.
