IBM, ISL. I got the offer letter with joining date as 19th February 2025.
But my recruiter told me that due to system mismatch its actually 14th
February 2025. I got mail from IBM that my actual joining date is 14th February but in offer letter its mentioned 19th.

Is this fine??

Hi fishes, is the company Applaudo studios genuine? I don't find any offices in India, but they are hiring for the Karnataka region.

I think everyone will agree with this that in last 1-2 years we have seen a tremendous change in Indian IT industry and tremendous growth in Salaries and negotiations. Can someone explain me the factors that are triggering it even when the world markets are in huge correction phase and we are also seeing layoffs and revoked offers.

WFH Vs WF Office Vs Hybrid, Which one should you take?
If you are fresher, go for a WF Office setup. You will learn things beyond your work. In the initial phase of of your career, one needs to focus more on learning than on comfort. The interactions at office, meeting with collegues, conversations at the cafeteria, sense of responsibilty, the need to walk up on time to reach office etc will shape you for better.

Once you have a work experience of few year then any setup is fine. Go for WFH.
