Those with significant student loans, mostly from graduate/professional studies, would you say it was worth it?

I was accepted into law school and planned to start this fall, but I am hesitant due to the high cost and debt I'd have after graduation (close to $175k). I'd be 33 at the time.

I've heard a lot that this would be an investment, but I'm not so sure. Should I go for it or reapply next cycle in the hopes of getting a scholarship? I don't want to make the wrong decision and feel stuck.

Folks making more than £100K: How do you deal with the 60% effective tax rate on the 100-125K bracket? (HMRC gradually reduces your £12,750 personal tax-free allowance to £0.)

This is the first time it is happening to me. With one month to go until the end of the tax year, I'm thinking of making a one-off extra pension contribution next payroll.
