Anyone have a smart scale they like? I just got this Withings scale and it is all over the place with the body fat measurements. A good 8 points higher than the inbody at my gym. Question about remote job negotiations

I'm currently interviewing for a remote role for a company based in NY.

The thing is I'm based in a different city (southern U.S.)

My question is:

When it comes time to talk compensation, should I base the market rate for the role on my city of residence or NY?

Would it make sense to ask them directly how they determine comp for NY-bases vs. other city-based employees?
