Does anyone here work for Silicon Valley Bank? They recently acquired Boston Private. I’m a candidate for a job at Boston Private. Wondering if SVB is planning layoffs in the near term at BP? Also, does anyone know the anticipated benefits to be rolled out from SVB as the parent company? Specifically interested in health insurance providers. Thanks in advance for any information! Hi - I have donations given to Team Everest for Nov 2021 with receipt. But IBM AskHR says no support for donations tax exemption on Form 16. Thus, the donation isn't deducted on my Form 16. Can I now update the donation directly on E-filing.gov u/s 80G for exemption or will that cause an issue ? IBM

Infant optics. Used it for 4 years for both kids
Got an almost 10 year old infant optics cam sitting on my desk in the office that doubles as my youngest’s bedroom right now. Still chugging along after all these years.
Get a cheaper monitor and splurge on the Owlet sock. I feel like the Owlet saved my child’s life twice.
I couldn’t agree with this more. I have brought it out when my 11mo old had RSV and it was pretty accurate (when clean)
I have the Nanit but the main function that I used (camera, temperature etc..) are available in any other cheaper camera.
I originally got it cause of the breathing as well but I kept getting false alarm and it gave me even more anxiety... so I stopped using it after 2 nights.
We got an non WiFi monitor because I read about easy it is to hack into these! It’s perfect - I carry the monitor everywhere with me in the house lol
I researched the owlet and nannit ( I’ve actually gifted it to a few cousins and friends for baby showers). The owlet would just have me anxious. The nanit is more tech than I can for
Same! I did not want the worry of someone hacking a WiFi monitor and the Eufy non-WiFi ones we have used with our kids have worked great.
You can use the Nanit for just viewing and breathing monitoring
I have a Nanit and it is indeed overpriced. It’s fine. I got it as a gift but I don’t think I would spend the money myself.
We like Cubo AI. Been using it for 5 years with two kids now, we take it on trips too. Our friends also got one and been using it for years. They have sales on Amazon from time to time.
They have developed the product a lot now. As in, it started with just the baby monitor, but now they have add-ons like smart thermometer, sleeping pad. The core features are obv camera, humidity sensor and room temperature sensor.

Oh, forgot to mention it has white noice capability as well.
Thanks for the insights ladies!
We had a Google Nest for baby 1 and Nanit for baby 2. I like the Nanit better and we use it still for baby 3 but don’t use the insights because I don’t need that level of analytics for baby sleep - too much anxiety tied to that! Also I’m a huge fan of the sound monitors and use those for nights and travel vs. the Nanit sound on the phone
I love the nanit because I can talk into it and communicate with my toddler. If she’s standing in her crib I say “lay down and go to sleep” and she does!
